To secure your appointment, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations must be made either online or directly through me. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, as well as no-call, no-shows, could be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. This policy helps protect my time and allows me to accommodate other clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting my business!
